Hello, I always get a little anxious when I travel with my mother, especially on lengthy foreign trips. However, our trip began peacefully with a visit to the Etihad Airways Office in Prague. The staff gave us a warm welcome and took the time to patiently and kindly explain everything to my mother. They also recommended wheelchair assistance for her while in travel, which gave us both a sense of security and support. "Now I feel ready to travel," my mother stated with a smile as we departed. The visit was worthwhile just for that.
